薪神楽（たきぎかぐら）The Takigi Kagura

薪神楽は毎年10月第1週の土曜と日曜の夜に開催されます。

主催は御岳山商店組合です。武蔵御嶽神社は協賛と言うことになっています。

御岳山の神社からケーブルカーの御嶽山駅に向かって5分の「鳥居前広場」に野外特設ステージを作ります。篝火を焚き武蔵御嶽神社の「太々神楽」のうちから2〜3座を披露します。これは原則として無料です。信者さんでない一般人の皆さんに楽しんで貰おうと催すものです。

今年は私が踊りましたので・・・。
 The Takigi-Kagura are given first Saturday and Sunday nights of August .Free of charge . The cable car are moved at these night . Takigi means born fire . Kagura is one kind of mythological play like No or Kabuki .There are 2 kind of Kagura in this mountain. One is that the actor play with the mask. Another is without the mask. The play without mask is more older than another. There is 13 plays at the Musashi Mistake Jinja Shinto shrine . A actor are owners of ryokan or minshoku at the mount Mistake .All of them are also Shinto priests .

踊っているのが私（ちと恥ずかしいですな）。これは「海幸山幸」という神話の一種です。

海の神様と山の神様がそれぞれ持っていた弓矢と釣り竿を交換します。

海の神様は山へ猟に、山の神様は海へ釣りに。山の神様は海で釣り針を無くし海の神様に怒られる。

そこでいろいろな神様の力を借りて海の怪物から針を取り戻すという筋になっています。

一般には海の神様を懲らしめるのですがいろいろなパターンがあるようです。。

私は釣り針を無くす山の神様の役でした。

The actor is I. The story is that . Long long ago , there were brothers . The elder was Umisachi live in the sea . He was good fisherman . The younger was Yamasachi live at the mountain . He was good hunter . One day they exchanged their fishing rod to bow and allow . But Yamasachi had lost a elders special fishhook . He became angry .

Yamasachi had been looking for the fishhook with friends help . And his friends took it back from sea monster .

I played as Yamasachi .
